The Affordable Connectivity Program is a Federal Communications Commission program that helps connect families and households struggling to afford internet service. This new benefit provides a discount of up to $30 per month toward broadband service for eligible households.

The Sawyer Automotive Foundation gifted $15,000 to the Saugerties Central School District on November 19 as part of its “Night at the Theater” benefit concert.
Saugerties Social Studies teacher Denyse Ortlieb and senior Marin Musgrave are making a huge impact on students in the District. How? By setting up a “Free Store” called SCORE (Saugerties Community Offering Resources for Everyone). The store offers an array of non-perishable foods, household and personal-care items, and clothes—all for free.
